It's nearing the end of the 2nd semester in my first year, and certain things have changed.

For one thing, I am certainly not the one you have seen back in JC. I really don't have much idea what happened or rather I just choose to ignore it, but the point is, I don't see the same person 3 years ago when I looked into the mirror. Being in Psychology is one thing, but I have walked through a different path this time, one that is no longer confined to social norms. That being said, studying social psychology is rather applicable, in a sense that it allows you to break through social constraints without succumbing to pressure from others' view. Maybe the others don't even care. Haha.

Anyway, it's alarming that there is an increasing number of inconsiderate people out there. Talk about sparing a thought for others and putting yourselves in other's shoes, I seldom see people applying it. So much so for showing understanding that, there are some parts of other people's lives that are unknown to us, and this knowledge may alleviate our negativism towards their inconsiderate behavior. Nonetheless, I won't deny that there are still kind souls out there, like the guy who returned my wallet.

I think I turned 'darker', and I can see why.

And I think its not much of a surprise that weird incidents happened in NTU, considering the standard of living here.

Then again, I guess some things don't change. =)
