messy feeling.
Thought I get some colours here. Hence, the change.
Someone asked me what's a purpose of me keeping a blog. I thought about it. Is it trying to be something like Mr Brown's and talk about current affairs and issues? Or is it going to be one where I just grunt and whine around and comment on every second of my life? Haha. Seriously, I don't really want to fix a theme or a template for it. Its like an outlet for people to get updates of my life if they want to, and for myself, some place to look back years after I have moved further ahead in life. Haha. Its like a form of sharing I guess.
Aloysius was telling me about crossroads and I guess he faces many as he progresses each day. So do I, and many others I believe. But still, I believe reason and faith will bring us through every tough decisions and being of a relatively mature age, our decision making can't go too wrong. I think its the awareness of and criticism from the outside World and peers that stack up the immense pressure that tends to make one not to follow what he/she believes in. Maybe Aloysius has trained me well. I can't say I ain't affected by comments and criticism, but definitely not as much as before. I believe in what I am to my friends, and hence, what my friends are to me. I will repay those faith that you people had in me, and try my best not to disappoint you.
Similarly for Wei Yen, you my friend. Its never too late to start believing in oneself. Remember the old Montfortian saying? "When You Believe It, You Will See It." There isn't no truth or relevance to it. And I believe good old Mr Simon Lourds(Our Principal) does have a valid reason for promoting this saying to us back in the Secondary School days.
We are who we are today, because of the different decisions we made at different stages of our lives. As a previous victim, I will tell you to try not to be too critical of yourself. You are born not to fit into others' shoes, but to wear your own style and to your comfort.
Anyway, I saw these dumb posters and I thought I show them to you guys. Haha. There's more at this forum thread. I realised there are really all kinds of people out there, and how bored they are. Well, by reading this, I admit I am bored too. Haha.
