meetin of the brotherrs
I went to Aljunied to meet Khong Chin, Shu Hui and Wei Yen for dinner. I got there early, and thought that I might see Xiao Hui, since she stays so near. With my gut feeling, I gave her a call and found out that she was actually at the MRT station. Haha. I caught up with her and walked her home. I used to visit her house a few times, during A levels, and for 'Mahjong' too. Haha. It seemed to be so long since I last saw her, but still, the defending Champions for the most 'long-lost' are still Pei Wen and Adelene.
Back to the former agenda, we went to eat Dim Sum, at a place that Khong Chin superbly recommended. It was quite fantastic I would say, being one of the better places that offer Dim Sum with hugh fresh prawns. I just love prawns. There's also that 'lengendary' Siew Mai KING, topped with scallops and held by prawns at the bottom. Haha. After which, we roamed the streets, in search for another 'lengendary' stall, that sells Tou Huay. Haha. We found it at last, after screening through streets and dark alleys. But it wasn't as nice as we expected though, still, the cooling Tou Huay was more than enough to quench our thirst and pacify our disappointment.
Peng Yan came to seek my advice on some issues in Army. Well, I am glad that he still puts much faith in my instructorship. Haha. Makes me feel kind of accomplished, but Army is a pivotal growing part of a Man's life, we learn as we fall. So no worries for any mistakes, just make sure we learn something out of it.
I think below is quite a nice dance video, captured during the show 'America Got Talent'. Found it in an e-mail sent by an old friend.
