Merry Christmas and towards end of 2008
Merry Christmas everyone!
I had a wonderful gathering at Alvyn's house on Christmas Eve. I brought Carmen along and we sure had a lot of fun. It was a usual gathering, with everyone excited about eating and catching up. We played our usual game of Drunkard Elephant and forced Alex to drink some strange concoction that Khong Chin made. We included something new this year. We had a mini gift exchange. Haha. And I got a small octopus plush toy.
I hoped everyone had a great time. And I hope she isn't too bored. Haha.
I went to the church yesterday, and gave me support for my mother who was getting baptised. Now I know how a baptism ceremony goes. Haha. I just hope that she will be happy from now onwards. I think she was the happiest person on Earth yesterday. =)
Hope I have not sinned too much this year. Oh, and I missed another CASTaway gathering. =(
There are like 5 days left to the new year.
And the 3 of us went New Year shopping today. Haha. I wasn't supposed to buy anything today, but I ended up spending 70 dollars on clothes. Oh wells, I guess they are to be bought sooner or later. Haha. I saw nice Pedro shoes, so I am going to wait for a sale. I hope we didn't look too gay taking a picture, with Wei Yen in a blazer.
2009 looms. But 29th December is a scarier date.
