last duty

I finished my duty as of Monday, and hence I have no more regimental obligations left. Luckily for me, the duty was a rather easy and peaceful one. Thank God.

Hence, what is left now is to slowly bring back the stuff from camp and do my clearance.

I went to draw blood for HIV test at the medical centre today. It was a kind of routine check that people ORD-ing must do. Let me tell you first, it was a horrific experience. I was poked 4 times before the blood was successfully drawn. I almost fainted when I see the medic almost fainting after repeated failed attempts. Haha. When I get to see you guys, then I will tell you.

Anyway, remember that 3rd Uncle that I mentioned a few months ago. Well he passed away hours ago. Hmm. Hope he rests in peace. Looks I will be spending some of my leaves at the funeral. And most probably, I won't be able to attend Sergeant Terrence's wedding.

We shall see how then.

The plague of epidemic seems to have fallen, as I found out that my 1st Uncle got quarantined at hospital for tuberculosis a few days ago. What on Earth is happening?

The ORD mood seems to have disappeared.

Gone.

This was supposed to be a happy post.

Actually, I am more worried about my parents than anything else.

Waves after waves, when will this stop hurting?

Just when I almost recovered from one, another comes without warning.

Crap, test me all you want.
