STW BBQ
Its another day where I woke up early. Supposedly was to meet my colleagues somewhere in Serangoon North and go play soccer at Kallang. But somehow I was made to wait 1.5 hours.. Haix. I can still remember the last time I ever waited so long for someone. Haha.. And that was 2 hours.
Playing at the 'Cage' at Kallang was quite fun. It was a football court made of artificial grass that is roughly two times the size of a normal street-soccer court. Haha. I think I enjoyed playing today, although it was quite tiring. Aloysius has been running out of luck lately, hope everything will get better for him.
After that, it was another trip to the airport to send off the remaining 2 kids flying off today. Alvyn was there too, and I managed to catch him just before he went into the departure gate. Well, hereby wishing them Von Boyage and all the best to them. Will be awaiting their arrival in 5 weeks' time.
Headed down to NSRCC, where my department held a chalet and a BBQ there. First thing first, it is very deserted from the main roads and there is no bus service into the chalet area. Aloysius and I walked for roughly 30 mins from the airport till we can find our way there. Haha. Although its so inaccessible to some, the price there is enticing. Its only $100+ for 3 days 2 nights, on top of it, that place is a bungalow with double stories and 2 bedrooms.
Phew. I am exhuasted.
Its been almost one year.
