family lunch
Just got home from lunch with my family..
Well, its was quite a rare lunch, as we don't really meet up that often.. But this time I dragged that long-lost cousin with me... As part of an effort to make her feel back at home.. I was quite glad that she agreed to it and go along with me.. Hmmm.. We headed down to Newton Circle before sending her to tuition back here in Hougang..
I must say, her level of maturity far surpasses anyone her age, I would say even more mature than my own brother.. For a secondary 2 student, to put herself through so much at this stage of life might prove to much for her to bear.. But I guess that's what have made her so strong.. I am determined to take care of her, lest she takes on similar footsteps.
Had an encounter today that left me feeling very disturbed...
I am still down with that sickening cold.. Hope it gets better by tomorrow..
Its going to be a mentally gruelling 1 year or so for me, if you know what I mean.
Such cold signs of affection. Maybe its just payback.
