2nd day of the year..
4 days of long weekend passed just like that.. Haha.. I did a lot of things over this long break that are seriously enjoyable and memorable.. Haha..
Spent the first day of the year at Lim's house.. Started off with attempting to play basketball at NYJC.. Trying to re-live those days that we had.. But to our dismay, the security guard is 'stubbornly-stubborn' and determined not to let us in, despite John trying to flirt with her.
'The court is not open for Public during Public Holidays.' She exclaimed. Sounds wrong though. Lol.
Disappointed, we dragged ourselves back to Braddel Heights' Community Centre and started out basketball session there.. There we had someone to join us to make 'even' the number.. Haha.. Long time since we played.. Getting rusty.. Didn't really play for very long before we agreed that it's getting late.. Haha..
As usual, the traditional culture of 04S3A continues even till today. We had a long heated discussion before we finally decided on where to have our dinner.. Haha.. A bunch of guys who can't make up their minds.. In the end, we landed up in Kovan and settled our dinner there. Haha.. After that, we kind of took a longer and more expensive route to Lim's house after we realised that actually Bus 854 goes to his house.. Haha.. He said he didn't know his place well -.-
Nevertheless, we managed to reach his house, to be greeted by his ever-warming parents. They asked whether we are hungry and we needed food. Haha. It's already a bother for them to lend us their house to stay over, I guess we can't impose on them any further. But we can't reject the offer and they went out to get MacDonalds' for us. So kind of them.
Soon, all personnel arrived and everything was getting livelier. Marc left earlier though. The girls and a few of us were playing games outside, while the hard-core gamblers were watching soccer in the house.. Haha.. Everything was going on fine, till some troublemakers came and tried to spoil the show.
Apparently, a few kids came with 'bomb-bags' and threw them into the house. At first, we thought it was a prank by the neighbours, but came a second wave of attack and the neighbours though it was actually us playing.. No choice, we called the cops and they arrived swiftly. After that, we then found out that we weren't the first victims.. There've been this bunch of 4 boys hanging around in the vicinity for sometime and they have been disturbing others as well. I guess they don't dare to do anything since so many NSFs are around.. But I think some girls were a bit frightened off, especially Lim's sister. Nonetheless, we carried on.
Some were too tired and went to sleep while others are hooked to the PS2 game.. Haha.. Stayed over till the next morning around noon time. Its really late though.. Haha.. Treated ourselves to the 'Mian Jian Kuey' from his parents before we headed home... Haha.. I think Xie Qiang's camera is mainly filled with drunkards' pictures. Haha.. We didn't manage to take one group photo -.- What happened?
After that, went to Junction 8 and met Leng. Caught the movie 'Death Note 2: The Last Name', its really a nice movie with a twist in the end. Haha.. Those who haven't should go and catch it.. Reached home around 5.30pm... Soon, I will have to book in..
